Abstract

The article that is offered as an essay, is supported by the opinion of several teachers with a long and prestigious career, and critically, shows the deficiencies that Peruvian education has undergone for years. It has also relied on the result of various educational investigations that, in one way or another, address the issue addressed. Its objective is focused on showing an analysis of the role of educational projects, their characteristics, functions and results within current education so that it reaches our managers and teachers in the form of reflection, which serves as an incentive for the true transformations that the country needs to. Precisely, within the content, there are several elements of definition, not directed to the mere conceptual act, since they respond to its possible practical use, to be able to distinguish between what we have and what is needed to be able to solve our real needs through truly feasible educational projects applicable to the Peruvian educational reality and its urgent transformations.
