We employed the focus group technique with 16 trans individuals from Sonora, and for the analysis, reflexive hermeneutics. The results reveal instances of exclusion/inclusion in situations such as roll call, bathroom use, university administrative procedures, invisibilization of non-binary individuals, pedagogical training, curriculum, moral panic, and access to cultural capital. It is concluded that these reflect the macrosocial reality of cisgenderism as a system of oppression; it is not only how, but also why and with what this exclusion is exercised. Simultaneously, inclusion emerges as a response championed by trans people as a political subject. This study demonstrates that only from this population can a legitimate subversion of the cisgenderist matrix perpetuating their exclusion arise.
2025-06-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 María Fernanda Juárez Velarde, Thaïs Machado-Borges, Elba Abril Valdezhttps://revistainclusiones.org/index.php/inclu/article/view/3621Afrodescendant Women in Colombia: Reparative Leadership and Afro-Reparations in the Face of Restorative Justice2025-02-01T10:36:12+00:00Ángela María Casas Pereaangela.casas.perea@gmail.com
This article examines, through the lens of Afrofeminism and intersectionality, the reparative leadership of Afrodescendant women in Colombia, aiming to understand their role in community healing amidst structural racism and the legacies of the transatlantic slave trade. It analyzes the limitations of International Human Rights Law and restorative justice in addressing these historical crimes, highlighting women as agents of change. This qualitative study analyzes its effects on educational quality, infrastructure, and the social dynamics of rural communities. Aiming to investigate the impacts of this policy, semi-structured interviews, based on Circular Conep 01/2021, were conducted with 6 professionals (4 teachers, 1 educational manager, 1 pedagogical coordinator) from a rural school in Ipojuca. The results highlight significant improvements in infrastructure and educational resources in nucleated schools, with investments in modern facilities. However, challenges were identified, such as increased student commuting and disparities in resource access across regions. Nucleation optimizes educational management but requires equitable policies to mitigate inequalities. This analysis underscores the need for inclusive educational development in rural contexts.
2025-06-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Maria Adriana de Souza Silva Santoshttps://revistainclusiones.org/index.php/inclu/article/view/3615Social and Solidarity Economy. Considering the relevance of this topic for health care and the development of workers within the public services, the objective of this essay is to identify the main challenges and opportunities inherent to employment in public service institutions. Using a qualitative methodology based on literature review, this paper analyzes from the perspective of critical theory and psychoanalysis the hegemony of the representation of security and stability that employment in the public service has in Brazil and points out brutalities of the model of social organization founded in neoliberal system as reproduction and maintenance of worker’s submission to employment instead of feeling available to work. Furthermore, we intend to analyze the subjective effects of work from the perspective of psychoanalysis theory. It was concluded that the alienation of workers in relation to maintaining jobs is the reproduction of dead work, which causes more suffering and illness than satisfaction and points to clinical experience as a possibility for the subject to sustain the encounter whith desire, a condition for development of alive work.
2025-06-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Camila Araújo Antonio, Olmo Jesús Sierra Moreno, Bruno Doz de Carvalho, Ana Magnoliahttps://revistainclusiones.org/index.php/inclu/article/view/3610Diagnosis of Student Well-Being Among Education Program Students at PUCE2024-11-30T10:15:47+00:00María Lorena Alvarez Escobarmalorenaalvarez@hotmail.comAlmeida Terán Andrea Sofíaasalmeidat@puce.edu.ec
Student well-being has experienced a growing decline in recent years. As a documentary-based investigation, the selected methodology is grounded in a comprehensive literature review, supplemented by the analysis of previous studies and relevant data that explore video games from multiple perspectives. The main findings reveal a recognition of the negative consequences associated with video game use. However, the research also considers whether video games designed with specific behavioral objectives—such as promoting physical activity to counteract sedentary lifestyles or fostering social skills to reduce introversion—can effectively contribute to mitigating these issues.
2025-06-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Mtro.
