FROM THE PROBLEMATIC SITUATION TO THE EDUCATIONAL SCIENTIFIC PROBLEM

The description of the problematic situation and the formulation of the scientific problem constitute different aspects; but related. The adequate diagnosis with exploratory character will allow the researcher to determine, describe the problematic situation and, later, formulate the scientific problem; and, in perspective, also, it will make it possible to evaluate if the research problem is pertinent, viable, novel and relevant; or, on the contrary, it is spurious. Reflecting on the first methodological moment of educational scientific research is a priority because it constitutes the first link of the research work, which methodologically is synthesized in the formulation of the scientific problem. Under this purpose, this article seeks to answer the questions: what is the problematic situation?, how is the existence of the problematic situation determined ?, what kind is the problematic situation ?, what is the relationship between the situation problematic and scientific problem? and, finally, what is the scientific problem?
