Abstract

Being objects of this review bibliographic references located in the Scielo of the year 2014 until 2018; as well as the discussion with classical authors in the studies of gender and human sexuality and of education and inclusion. As a result of this research they realized that young students have their right to stolen education because they do not fit the normative standards of gender identity. We have brought to the fore the various forms of discrimination that lead people who, simply because they do not recognize themselves in the body, were born to experience embarrassing, violent and decisive situations in the school environment, an environment that has the responsibility of educating and developing human beings , to live in harmony. Thus, the only alternative found by these students is to drop out of school. Human rights have been addressed and how laws and rules of conduct help coexist and contribute to the teacher in the development of a PPP pedagogical policy), which will increasingly place transsexuals in the school environment.
