SPEECH ON THE GENESIS AND THE EVOLUTION OF LAW

The objective of this paper is to identify the factors that led to the emergence and development of Law as an artificial system, as well as its relationship with the State and force, for which, it reflects on an origin provided with ideas such as: power, institutions and legal norm. Then, its evolution is analyzed until today, to understand it from the Constitutional architecture and fundamental rights; finally, the future of Law is projected, as a result of the inertia of its evolution.
