BILINGUAL EDUCATION: PROBLEMATIZING THE EDUCATIONAL CONTEXT OF THE DEAF PERSON

The article aims to emphasize the importance of promoting a bilingual education school for deaf people with the intention of re -signification of targeted studies that aim at teaching in face of their educational needs. Bibliographic research is the focus of the methodology, with the intention of bringing concepts and opinions of authors who transact in the area of bilingual education. In addition, we know that the culture and deaf identity are determinant for the belonging of a language of visual gesture used by the deaf person.
