APPROACH TO THE LEARNING STYLES OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Learning styles determine students' preferences when interacting and responding to different learning situations. The article describes and analyzes the predominant learning styles of 92 university students with disabilities from five public universities in Ecuador, for this analysis the Kolb and Honey tests were used. It is concluded that in the Kolb model, assimilative and accommodative learning has a high dependence relationship with auditory and visual disability respectively; In Honey's model it was found that the predominant style among students with disabilities is the reflexive style.
