Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the level of quality of work life of human capital, perceived by the staff of a private hospital in southern Sonora, indicating the main factors that affect their work areas, where 86.6% were obtained as a result general quality of life. A mixed study was carried out, with a sample of 105 subjects, the CVL instrument of 66 items was used, with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.890, the data processing was carried out in the statistical package SPSS, version 22, with descriptive statistics and analysis of correlation, Student's t test, analysis of variance (ANOVA). The assumption of normality was verified through the Shapiro-Wilk test. Regarding the type of hiring, a significant difference was found in the quality of work life of the hospital staff.
