The purpose of this article is to understand to what extent this space of suspension is related to philosophical-scientific behavior as a facilitator element in the dialogue between educator and educator. The justification for this work is to educate educators and managers that this space, reported in french research, resembles that found in Brazil, even in different realities, there is the realization of this phenomenon anywhere in the world. Based on modern thinkers such as Durkheim, Bauman, Morin, and two thematic films, Dead Poets Society and Between School Walls, the hypothesis arises that the lack of philosophical-scientific knowledge by the educator negatively influences the efficiency of intervention in this cultural conflict. Thus, the hypothetico-deductive methodology was used, through cinematographic and bibliographic resources from selection, reading and book reviews that approach this subject. In addition, the reality of the State School of Elementary and Middle School Abreu and Lima, empirical field of this work, was compared to the thematic films (Society of the Dead Poets and Between the Walls of the School) and the theses raised in the theoretical foundation. The chapters were developed in two thematic axes: A motivational conference and the germ of our knowledge. Finally, the educational process and the learning process are located in this space of suspension, a true cultural bias, unknown to most educators.
