This article examines how the integration of Positive Psychology and Mindfulness gives rise to conscious leadership. Its aim is to describe the application of mindfulness in higher education institutions and to assess its benefits for a more conscious leadership style oriented toward collective well-being. Positive Psychology focuses on positive emotions, virtues, and character strengths, while mindfulness fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and full attention, enhancing cognitive clarity and decision-making. The results show that this integration reduces stress, increases resilience and positive emotions, and strengthens empathy and communication within teams. Universities such as the Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Universidad Panamericana, ITAM, and Anáhuac have implemented comprehensive well-being, mindfulness, and leadership programs, promoting more human, ethical, and productive educational and work environments, with a positive impact on the community.
