The need to guarantee judicial access must be taken by the State for the population, helping and not punishing, the creation of new legal figures is the key to obtaining the ideals that were generated in antiquity about justice, proposals for more trials Effective is a viable option for current social phenomena. For this, the Mexican state, through the amparo trial, considers a spectrum of resolution mechanism.
