GOVERNANCE: ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT IN A PUBLIC ORGANISM

The objectives of the research was to establish the incidence of the associated environmental factors in human talent for good governance in public institutions; After the analysis carried out with the direct actors and the respective Pareto analysis, it was established that among the most influential factors are work motivation and working conditions as the most influential. The investigation was quantitative approach of explanatory level, seeking the explanation of the causes of the phenomenon, where the population was 450 workers and whose random sample of a simple nature was 200. The technique used was the interview and how instrument for collecting information the questionnaire, which was validated by experts in the respective subject; the multivariate logistic regression statistician was used, whose results indicate that labor motivation and working conditions strongly affect the management of human talent by 88.5%, results that allow establishing that the institution's governance is strongly linked to Development of motivation in workers associated with the improvement of working conditions.
