There is only how to carry out effective tax planning with knowledge in tax law. The present article aims to discuss some of the most common challenges encountered in the tax planning of organizations, considering the complexity, disorganization of the tax system and the absence of a single academic codification (specific legislation). For the development of this essay it was necessary bibliographic research in books, laws and jurisprudence.
