CLIMATE CHANGE AND ITS LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract

The repercussions that climate change currently has on the inhabitants of planet Earth are undeniable, so the problem transcends Mexican borders, which is why this work is developed from a qualitative approach through the documentary method, which starts from legal and social analysis of climate change, where Mexico is located, in relation to the other states, because the problem is not one but everyone's. So much so that it is necessary to expand the national legal framework, reform and adding the rules on climate change, applying public policies that correspond to changes worldwide, to achieve sustainable development that allows us to live in harmony with the environment.
