Abstract

The present article is oriented to publicize the current processes that are gestated in novel fields of human action, which are in full swing and development and whose repercussions are increasingly noticeable. Therefore, in the first instance there is a review of the issues related to the topic of digital activism within the spectrum of social networks and how it is coupled with collective awareness and social management of emotions, political expression in networks and with it a way of understanding its configuration. Next, the projection of the novelty of blockchain technology, its relationship with electronic government and the world of application possibilities from the perspective of big data and its project on electronic governance and its application in some countries is taken into account. Also following the same line, the role of policies in the digital field is opened; concluding with an extensive analysis of what happened, but with emphasis on the connoted advantages of its development and management within the field of management and politics.
