Keywords:
Social evolution, Challenges, Teaching-educational processAbstract
This article addresses a pressing issue of Peruvian education that, in itself, implicitly involves other no less important aspects of this broad diapason, since when we refer to the quality and development of the educational process and the role of teachers, this concept does not it can isolate itself from the accelerated social evolution of these times and its lack of alignment with oneanother. In the interrelation between Education-Society and Society-Education, an intrinsic necessarily philosophical underlies; but the same entails several elements (some in crisis) in Peru today.During the work, specific (but profound) brushstrokes of the role of the teacher and the student are offered in the context where they perform, above all, human needs, and at the same time, through valid and valid reflections of our reality, invites to draw back the curtains that in recent years, mask or sweeten where our real problems are located, knowing that the cornerstone for the improvement of the process, is not limited only to paper and teacher-student relationship, since in the noble trade of teaching and learning, the action of the authorities and educational policies are decisive for its success or failure. That is why well-founded criticism, absent from demagogic laments, and with the most healthy intentions, is a starting point in order to develop appropriate and efficient measures to eradicate the problems through which the professorial role goes.
