Abstract

A relationship exists between the process of understanding reader of the text and the social context this last one it is the scenario where the students are inserted in the social work. Such a relationship implies a process of learning how to decode, to understand and to interpret in a critical way the information, what implies a feedback; with the result that it constitutes a necessity the effective treatment of the texts of the profession like road of bring up to date and development of abilities contextualizadas. However, inadequacies exist in university students, because not all are able to give effective treatment to the textual thing in the contexts of academic interaction. The authors meditate in the thematic one recommending a proposal of actions that they contribute to the formation of the process of understanding reader of the text in students of integral Education, in the professional's formation.
