INNOVATION IN THE SOCIAL VINCULATION POLICIES MODEL OF THE UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLÓGICA METROPOLITANA AND THE INCORPORATION OF SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS

Abstract

The concern of this article is from a strategic prospective point of view, innovate the extension policies model and vinculation with the social environment at the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana of the State of Chile allowing a reformulation of the design and tracking of this process through the development and creation of new indexed papers that must be generated in the academic units from their disciplinary domains in order to achieve and make real from our university the global participatory integration of knowledge and technological transference and be open to broad interdisciplinary spectrum of experiences between the academic field and the social and professional sphere, strengthening the knowledge management transdisciplinary relationship.
