Abstract

This research aims to identify if the school management works in partnership with the pedagogical coordinator having the perspective of a significant learning in the internal and external evaluations. In this way the research is of a qualitative nature supported by field studies using observations and interviews between school administrators from three schools in the municipality of Escada, state of Pernambuco, and three pedagogical coordinators. In this way the research question. In order to condense the field studies, the specific objectives are: to analyze the manager's assignments in internal and external evaluations, to determine if there is coordination in pedagogical orientations, to understand why coordination leaves the activities of its responsibility to insert administrative procedures. Based on the justification of this research is the valuation of a work in partnership between the main professionals who are responsible for the improvement of education with emphasis on internal and external evaluations. The results show that the partnerships between managers and coordinators exist in a certain way, but they do not focus on pedagogical and administrative works.
