Abstract

With the evolution of Information Technologies in the world, state governments have seen the need to optimize their activities, facilitating the access of information to citizens, aligning with the requirement of the Electronic Government scheme. Thus, the direct interaction of public institutions with citizens is applied as a focus. The National Electronic Government Plan is based on a framework of evolution that allows these initiatives to be classified in the four evolutionary levels of maturity in which a mass and technological means of communication can be found, such as the web pages of the sectional governments.
