Abstract

Currently the Business Pedagogo has been gaining space within the organizations as a professional able to mediate and articulate the corporate processes aiming the development of the collaborators from the appropriation of information and knowledge contributing to the transformations in the business world. Rebuilding new concepts and values in organizations. Using Coaching as a tool to develop and enhance learning in the organizational environment. The study aimed to analyze how the Business Pedagogue can develop Intellectual Capital and Emotional Intelligence within the organizational environment. How specific to verify how the development of this knowledge can contribute to improve the communication and the interpersonal relationship of employees in the company. Understand how the Coach tool can be understood as an innovative and creative idea in development in organizations. For the preparation of this work, a qualitative and descriptive bibliographical and field research was used. The method used for data collection was a questionnaire with 10 questions addressed to professionals working in the organizational environment. The study presents the results and discussions about the Business Pedagogue and the use of Coaching in the organizational environment.
