ANALYSIS OF DIFFICULTIES EXISTING BY TEACHERS AND TEACHERS IN YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATION: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract

It was decided to analyze the amount of theses and dissertations, produced in the period from 2010 to 2018, discussing the difficulties of teachers and students in the education of young people and adults. It was especially sought to verify the aspects addressed in the works, the expectations and challenges faced by the difficulties encountered, visiting Paulo Freire, and, finally, to analyze the proposed interventions. The assumption was made that these works are not fully studied in all physical, psychological and social aspects. That is, it has been identified that the searches are performed divided. We found 110 papers and with inclusion and exclusion criteria, it was decided to analyze dissertations and theses. We will include 27 papers showing the approaches in focus and sought to highlight the studies through an orderly review in the literature in a bibliographical and quantitative research. Aiming to contribute with suggestions of new researches with primary teachers and possible interventions with the governors, aiming at the need to create programs to support the teacher and also, endorse the fight in defense of the EJA as a public policy of state.
