THE CRIME OF ESTUPRO V/S HUMAN RIGHTS OF GIRLS AND ADOLESCENTS

The present work will make a theoretical review of the criminal types of rape, rape and sexual harassment, as well as the concept of child in national and international standards that protect children in their normal sexual development, for which Mexican legislation will be analyzed as well. as the international treaties of which Mexico is a party. Based on this, the crimes of rape, rape, sexual abuse versus the human rights of girls and adolescents will be confronted. The purpose of the work is to show that the figure of rape violates the rights of girls to be a passive subject of this behavior.
