Abstract

This bibliographic article aims to present some considerations regarding interpersonal relations in the educational context, based on the study of the relationship between pedagogical coordination and teachers. In order to understand how interpersonal relationships, occur and influences the work of educators (coordinators and teachers) and also make a brief analysis on the concepts and functions that can define the work of these professionals and the interpersonal relationships established by them. Emphasizing how dialogue, reflection and the act of listening are determinant for these relationships to occur in a healthy and profitable way, contributing to school daily life and influencing the conduct of coordinators, teacher’s and students of the educational institutions.
