Abstract

This article is the product of the research conducted to determine the value of the use of the beneficiaries of the Human Development Bond of the Simón Bolívar canton, belonging to the province of Guayas. Through a descriptive and correlational analysis, the assessment of the use they give was detected the beneficiaries, the methodological process used to know the life expectancy of the beneficiaries of the Human Development Bonus, was by Semantic Networks technique that served to represent in a single wordin which they spend, in what has influenced and the meaning that has for them receive the Human Development Bonus.
