The present study makes a description of the social inclusion of rural producers women associated to the Cooperative of Credits and Services "Jorge Alfonso" in the Popular Paraíso council of the Cienfuegos Municipality. For it, it begins from the job of the sociocultural perspective on the theoretical analysis of gender and social inclusion of women in agriculture and rural development in Latin America and the Caribbean and the address of socioeconomic benefits that attributes the organizational cooperative form to the female sector.
