revisiting concepts and data for the socio-historical analysis of the narrative of student occupations in 2016 in the state of Espírito Santo - Brazil

This article discusses how the so-called mainstream media of the state of Espírito Santo publicized the student occupation movements that took place in 2016. audience leader in its time slot. Our objective was to raise and discuss elements of the construction of the narrative in relation to the occupations of Espírito Santo schools. In a second interpretative layer, given the time gap, compare with the training results based on research results. To this end, we analyzed the aforementioned reports, based on Debord's concept of society of the spectacle (2003), on the considerations about showrnalism by Abex Jr. (2001) and the understanding of the construction of social and political agendas, based on the concept of social conflict, defended by Santos (2009). The results point to the correlations between the interests manifested in the editions of the reports of the time.
