In attention to the alleged stories is that we set out to investigate environment to two central variables to understand the concept of quality: job satisfaction and professional teacher performance. We chose the postgraduate course of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos Lima-Peru, because it provide us with such opportunity to access documents with different realities that request from the participants their wide varied self-demands, as well as to bring together different work realities in their classrooms.
