Abstract

The modern theory on the management of resources and educational work does not ignore the importance of considering the human component as central in the entire process of learning or production, which becomes more relevant as the goal is set for the accreditation processes we aim. In attention to the alleged stories is that we set out to investigate environment to two central variables to understand the concept of quality: job satisfaction and professional teacher performance. We chose the postgraduate course of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos Lima-Peru, because it provide us with such opportunity to access documents with different realities that request from the participants their wide varied self-demands, as well as to bring together different work realities in their classrooms. We would ensure greater dispersion in the conquer of the variable.
