Abstract

The research developed discussed one of the most controversial current issues in Brazilian education policy: the inclusion of students with deficiency in the regular teaching classes. The objective of this work is to analyze the issue of the inclusion of special students in the common classes, with the possibility of a coexistence and breaking of barriers as preconceptions imposed by society, also analyzing ideological aspects that permeate the process of integration and inclusion of people with special needs, taking into account the greater credibility of the inclusive movement in front of educators. Several writers draw attention to the transformations that have taken place in the educational field in recent years and explain that the concept and democratic educational practice are still not very clear and still deserve new studies and reflections. In order to carry out this work, a bibliographical research was carried out with several authors, among them Mantoan, Carvalho, Sassaki, Voivodic and Rodrigues. To better understand the work was structured into two chapters, the first emphasizes the understanding of the terms integration and inclusion and in the second the emphasis falls on the training of teachers to act directly in the inclusive classes. It is hoped that this work can serve as a starting point for new reflections on the subject. Inclusion is one of the ways to rescue equality by offering opportunitiesfor Persons with Desabilities in the social environment.
