Research adheres to the quantitative paradigm. The sample was 42 administrative workers to whom the Koys and DeCotiis organizational climate scales and the S20/23 Job Satisfaction questionnaire were applied. The results indicate that there are adequate levels of job satisfaction, direct and statistically significant relationship between levels of job satisfaction and the dimensions of the organizational climate.
