GOVERNANCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN THE MODERNIZATION OF THE STATE

The purpose of the research work was to establish the incidence of governance (guiding as human relations) in the climate of the organization in the processes of state modernization, using the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, using a population of 254 informants (workers) and a simple random sample of 154. Information was collected through instruments that were validated by governance experts and validity with the Cronbach alpha index, the result of which indicated that both instruments as very reliable. Descriptive results indicated that good governance had a moderate trend and inferential analysis demonstrated the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable in 47.6%.
