Abstract

The organizations of the industrial sector in Mexico face its efforts to develop the value of its intellectual property across the capacities generated internally, with the main target to create competitive advantages across the innovation. Therefore, the sector has been studied from various perspectives: with regard to the performance that industrial companies generate through innovation and the prospect of using the generation of new knowledge to drive innovation. The main purpose of this document is to determine what it is the impact of the management process's capability Knowledge (KMPC) in research and development and acquisition Technology in Cajeme industrial companies for a generation of improved models for those organizations, with the application of an instrument to 70 industrial companies, of which it was found that KMPC positively impacts research and development and technology acquisition and the sector continues to grow increasingly with new business models that impact small industry
