TEACHERS OF THE FIRST LETTERS OF OLINDA ECOAM SYMPTOMS, COMPLAINTS AND DIAGNOSTICS: HYSTERIA, BURNOUT?

This paper seeks to confront theoretically and historically the complaints, symptoms and diagnoses, results of the research about the multi-causality of malaise and the illness of 32 teachers of the first letters in three schools of the municipal network of Olinda (Recife-PE / Brazil) with hysteria and Burnout Syndrome. He was introduced in the bibliography about the hysteria since Aristotle arriving at Freud and the Burnout Syndrome for our foundation. Linked to the understanding that the organization of work interferes in the process of pleasure and suffering, the need to understand this phenomenon of malaise and illness that removes professionals from practice and the need to create structural and practical strategies, through public policies, in order to meet, treat and prevent this malaise. Thus, this study seeks to identify if there is a relationship between the results obtained and the symptoms of hysteria and the predictors of burnout syndrome.
