This research has as its theme the formation of LGBTS groups on the Internet as a public space for the recognition process. What motivated this work was the need to understand virtual public spaces as non-formal education spaces. To this end, a survey was conducted on the concept of cyberspace, public space and virtual groups as well as a brief chronological discussion on the formation of LGBT groups from the physical to the virtual space. The objective was to verify LGBT groups on the Facebook platform and identify if this space can contribute to the formation of moral judgment of homosexual, bisexual and transgender subjects. Data collection was performed through the Facebook public groups filter and resulted in their importance for the exchange of experiences, identity formation and moral judgment of the members.
