LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Keywords:
Leadership, Management, Model, Knowledge, TansferAbstract
The binomial leadership and educational management is approached from a notion of systems where a bureaucratic structure based on the attributes of the leader in relation to followers and employees prevails. The purpose was to unveil the asymmetric relationship through a cross-sectional and correlational study with a nonprobabilistic selection of teachers, administrative staff and students from a HEI in central Mexico. Research lines related to knowledge management are seen as an essential phase between the creation and transfer of knowledge.
