Abstract

This article presents the systematization of a comprehensive professional education experience of educational inclusion developed in the National Tourism and Food Hotel Center of SENA, with a community with specific educational needs in the city of Bogotá D.C. during the last decade, as in the case of a training program designed for the purposes of inclusion, accompaniment and work development for communities with diverse abilities, specifically with disorders that alternate cognitive functions in a mild or moderate way.
