Abstract

The Management Team is the main responsible to the Ministry of Education for the educational results of the Schools and High Schools. The development of knowledge and skills of curriculum, administrative management and human relations have been incorporated in the training process of its members. The necessity to look for new management tools has led the investigation towards the analysis of the declared and practiced values of the directive role development. Values, usually propagandistically exposed in Institutional Educational Projects (IEP). The literature recognizes that the perception of incoherence between what is exposed and actually carried out, causes a decrease in motivational levels and diminishes the efficiency of the individuals who perceive it.
