The ventures have been at the forefront of the transformation processes of the territories and contribute to the growth and development of countries and communities. The present study addresses the ventures that have been developed and implemented in different contexts and sectors, and how these constitute mechanisms and strategies for local development. For this, secondary sources are incorporated, such as data and literature provided by institutions linked to the design of sector-oriented public policies, and specialized literature.
