Abstract

The main objective of this article is to guide teachers and educational personnel in general on a tool
that is quite useful in terms of improving pedagogical work and training our students at the basic level.
It, through a descriptive approach based on important theoretical sources, offers the advantages of
this method of educational organization tested successfully in other countries, and without proposing
rigid formulas or elements that lead to hybridizations applied directly to Peru, it is quite feasible. collect
the fundamental elements of this practice and considering our conditions, be able to project and carry
out complete programs on the ideas that are embodied in this work that deals with pedagogical
delivery that rests on the concept of pedagogical groups, and thus apply them to different educational
centers.
