Abstract

The development trajectory of hydroelectric entrepreneurship in the Pilmaiquén river basin during neoliberalism is studied. It is proposed that there was a boom by state regulation to the model of free electricity market. The research is carried out to theChilean business trajectory and to the Pilmaiquén area. It will be carried out through regulations, minutes of legislative sessions, ministerial reports, records of the Conservator of Real Estate of Osorno and Río Bueno, press and literature.
