ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF CREDIT CARDS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE NAVOJOA CITY

Abstract

This research shows an analysis of the use of credit cards by the staff of the H. Ayuntamiento de Navojoa, Sonora, the study is of an exploratory-descriptive nature, since it aims to discover what is the use and the importance that workers give to the cards of credit. A survey of 14 single-selection and multiple-selection items was applied, divided into 5 variables: use of the credit card, type of purchases, item in which the TC is used, importance of the TC, and level of indebtedness. According to the main results obtained, it is evidenced that 90% of the employees use the credit card as a payment method, in addition to that 54% of the subjects make the payment in time and form of their TC, while 46% remaining has a level of indebtedness.
