Abstract

The study aims to describe and correlate social and psychologicalwell-being in officials of a Public University of Los Lagos Region. Two scales were applied to 42 officials, 36 women and 08 men. The main results indicate that there is a correlation between psychological well-being and social well-being. Participants have higher levels of psychological well-being than social well-being. Psychological and social well-being have medium and high levels. In this context, human resources management should enhance the well-being of the people in your organization
