THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATOR IN CRECHES: A LITERATURE REVIEW

The aim of this article was to carry out a systematic review of literature concerning the role of the pedagogical coordinator in day care centers, focusing on authors related to school management and pedagogical coordination. The present work deals with a bibliographical search, through searches in libraries and trustworthy sites, with the following descriptors or keywords: "coordination", "school management", "day care", "early childhood education" and "role or duty ". We used as source articles, books and websites also included in the analysis texts published between the years 2001 to 2018. The data were analyzed and discussed from the relevant literature.
