The blended learning of a professional in Sociocultural Management as a mediator and facilitator of social reality, demands the understanding of an educational praxis that gives the student a participative role in the management of his own education, for the sociocultural transformative intervention in the partner contexts -laboral The present work presents a proposal for the interventive-labor training of this professional and the results achieved from its application in the Universidad de Oriente, Cuba, as an alternative that allows raising the formative relevance of the sociocultural manager in the context. This study was based on the systemic functional structural method for the development of the training instrument and a quasi-experiment of time series and nonparametric statistical test of Signal Ranges and Matched Pairs of Wilcoxon, for the corroboration of the impacts achieved through the application made.
