Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze the results obtained in the development of a Master's module focused on emotional competencies, from the perception of its participants, based on a solid conceptual framework, with evaluable objectives and active-participatory strategies, from a focus socio-affective, seeking its transfer to the improvement of relations in work environments. Performing a content analysis of their perceptions, from the professional point of view, the contribution of important theoretical support that has allowed to apply the learned towards the promotion of good practices of coexistence is recognized, incorporating cooperative work in the pedagogical teams, addressing challenges ethical and operational in relation to the role of adults in schools. From the personal point of view, the progress in the recognition and emotional regulation, the optimization of communication skills, favoring the teacher-student bond is valued.
