VIOLENCE PREVENTION AT WORK PLACES

The objective of this paper is to explain that the prevention of workplace violence is necessary given that there is a set of statistical and empirical data that show its existence and expression. Verbal abuse, as well as irascible behavior, intimidation, harassment, exclusion and discrimination are the aspects that make up. By this we mean that violence should not be denied, but recognized as it affects not only a target but the entire organization. Prevention must be carried out in each work environment through the development of public policies and training with an ethical orientation and from a gender perspective.
