The present paper is the result of a doctoral research whose main objective was to analyze: How have primary education schools’ principals constituted on inclusive education? For this study, it is assumed that there are several theoretical references that have been mixed with personal experiences, which have given sense to the speeches of principals. These representational elements indicate the conditions of possibility of carrying out the project of an inclusive education, mainly because the function of the school’s principal is to verify and to set into motion the educative policies on inclusion in Mexico.
