Abstract

In this article it is conformed the conception of a strategy for the permanent formation of the professionals teaching the subject “Political Culture”. It constitutes the practical result of an investigation where takes place the Integrating-scientific dynamic of such formation which expresses on its logics the stages of development. This strategy has a generalizing character which, also, admits the concretion in the specifics of a profession. Its starts with the establishment of the orientation of the permanent formation process, from the development of the Integrating-scientific dynamic, through actions that contribute to it’s continues perfection. The strategy comprises three levels, which have their objectives and action, in which there is a relation of the processes, the qualities and the contexts, for the achievement of scientific Integrating professionalization, and from here to the development of the professional performance for a science-pedagogic culture and to appropriate the pedagogical tools both didactic and methodological necessary to develop a teaching-learning process which is developing, effective and transforming.
