In this article it is modelled the teacher’s who teach political culture dynamic of the permanent training , that starts from understanding and explaining the didactic nature of a process that is holistic and complex ,since a level of synthesis, that propitiates the essential results of the investigation, the dimension , configuration, are presented and the structure gives account of the scientific value of the purpose. This is characterized by being a holistic, dialectic, conscious dynamic and complex pedagogical model.
