SHADOWS OF SPORT: FROM EXOGENOUS VIOLENCE TO THE INCITEMENT TO HATE

Sport in 21st century has been tinged with violence in the first decades. Since ancient times, these public disorders and incitement to hate have been an inherent part in the sport practice. After some recent cases the law, in general, and criminal law in particular have been concerned with the solution of this issue in the best possible way. This work aims to analyze the current problems throughout the casuistry occurred, and the new penal reforms in this field.
